When: Tue., Oct. 6, 6-9 p.m. 2015
@ Perennial, 7415 S. Broadway
Peg loom weaving is a great way to learn to weave with non-traditional materials. Theresa, Perennial’s Lead Instructor, will demonstrate how to build a peg loom from salvaged wood. Each participant will build their own peg loom in class to take home. You’ll discover a few tricks to making a continuous ball of upcycled yarn. After building, the class will learn how to use their loom to start weaving a rectangular rag rug.
