Carne Adovada - red chile marinated & braised pork served with two eggs any style (sunny side up shown here), home fries and tortillas.

Green Chile Enchiladas - stacked corn tortillas with Monterrey jack and green chile. You can add chicken, beef, chorizo, veggie chorizo or calabacitas. Top with a fried egg. Comes served with pinto beans and rice.

New Mexican Breakfast Burrito - a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheese, green chile and home fries. Add bacon, turkey bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo or calabacitas.

A current special, triple blueberry pancakes, takes their regular Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes, and adds blueberries to the batter. Topped with both blueberry compote and blueberry whipped cream.
