Dorothy Dunn, daughter of owner Eva Bobo, helps her mother run the business that's been going strong for 35 years. "The recipes are being passed down to the grandchildren now," says. Dunn. It's a good thing, too, because the food -- chicken and dumplings, fried chicken, Friday fish, ham hocks, greens, candied sweet potatoes, dressing, macaroni and cheese -- draws crowds. Del Monico's now occupies two dining rooms seating 200, after starting out at a different location with half as many seats. Dunn says, "We kept filling it!"
