Wine goes to the lab

The Saint Louis Science Center's Science Uncorked wine event has you confused. You don't think that wine and science go together at all — and that's where you'd be wrong. Let's first consider the wine bottle, shall we? It's made of glass, it's more narrow at the top than at the bottom, and it's used to hold liquids. Not unlike a science lab's beaker, right? Admission to the event costs $40, and you can purchase your tickets by calling 314-289-4424 or visiting
