Join us for a 45-minute all-levels yoga class followed by an optional 15-minute session of breath work and meditation led by Monica Dixon. this class will focus on awareness of breath and sensation through sustaining and transitioning poses that help to build agility and strength while releasing tension. No experience necessary. The practice will be led in a way that is accessible and unintimidating without neglecting those who like more challenge. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat.
