Sarku Japan Sushi Bar

Part of a nationwide chain, Sarku sits in the food court at the Saint Louis Galleria. Its menu offers shoppers a selection of Japanese restaurant classics, including sushi and sashimi. Sushi options include a California roll, Philly roll and cucumber roll, while sashimi includes tuna, salmon and octopus. Sarku also cooks up bento boxes with either chicken, beef or shrimp, or opt for a combo platter, with salmon and maki among other options.
