Saint Louis Works

The Chamber Music Society of Saint Louis is presenting a free concert in Shaw Park in Clayton Missouri at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 26, 2021. The program features Leonard Slatkin, Conductor Laureate of the SLSO, leading an all American program. Works to be performed include, Charles Ives' Variations on America arranged by McCall, Maestro Slatkin's Endgames and Aaron Copland's Appalachian Spring. Kathy Lawton Brown of Classic 107.3 FM radio will serve as master of ceremonies. Ariel Premium Supply is presenter with help from City of Clayton, Bond Architects and Steinway Piano Gallery.
