Project Restore Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Parade

On Oct. 21, 2017, dogs from throughout the region will don their best Halloween duds to support their human friends a world away. The 3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Parade will offer a morning of fun for families and pets while benefiting Project Restore, an Edwardsville, Ill. charity dedicated to addressing education, clean water and medical care issues in developing countries.
