The premise is simple, on May 13, from 1-4pm local musicians will play 30min sets at porches throughout Skinker DeBaliviere. You'll be able to pick up a map or download a route from Google Maps, and visit all the bands, getting to know neighbors along the way! Porchfest is a day for Skinker DeBaliviere and other STL residents to discover local musicians as they perform on neighbourhood front porches. Think of it as self-guided walking tour of SD, with the concerts as steppingstones. This grassroots community event is completely free—all you need is walking shoes.
