Operation Food Search (OFS), a local hunger relief organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger, will host a School of Cooking and Sharing “Cook, Learn and Share” culinary class This month’s program, entitled “Bake for Good with King Arthur Flour,” will be led by Paula Gray, manager of King Arthur Flour’s national Bake for Good: Kids program. Gray will explore the differences among wheat flours, as well as investigate the mystery of how ingredients work. She will teach bread kneading and give shaping technique tips to make loaves, pizza, pretzels, and King Arthur’s famous cinnamon rolls.
Price: $50 per person includes food, class instruction, and wine.
