Men Women & Children / Bedouin Soundclash

7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11. Creepy Crawl (3524 Washington Boulevard)

When most hardcore kids begin to close in on 30, they re-evaluate their lives and settle down to sell real estate. However, that wasn't the case for former Glassjaw guitarist Todd Weinstock. No, when his seminal Strong Island hardcore band went on hiatus in 2004, Weinstock started Men Women & Children — a band fond of fractured pop music that incorporates Village People-esque outfits and kitschy choreography. Its self-titled CD won't cause a pit to erupt, but it'll definitely get fans moving on the dancefloor. Vans Warped Tour alums Bedouin Soundclash are also on the bill to warm up the crowd with their unique brand of pop-inflected reggae.
