Jordan Knight

6:45 p.m. Saturday, June 23. Mainstage at Tower Grove Park, off of South Grand Boulevard.

The falsetto. The shaved-undersides pompadour. "The Right Stuff." That was Jordan Knight, New Kids on the Block lead singer, then. Jordan Knight now is a married father of two and a dance-adult-contemporary achiever. From 1999's Grammy-nominated Jordan Knight to VH1's The Surreal Life and Penn & Teller's Identity — and full circle to his earnest, piano-driven 2006 album Love Songs — he not only refuses to disavow his past, but wholeheartedly embraces it. Knight even keeps the '80s flame defiantly alive on the recent single "Say Goodbye," a building pop duet with Deborah (née Debbie) Gibson.
