Emerald Greens Golf Course is a beautiful and scenic golf course tucked away in North County, St. Louis. Each hole seems as if you are on your own private golf course, away from the disturbances of modern day life. The wildlife on the par 70, 365 acre layout is astounding. Deer, fox, and a variety of birds are as common as golf carts, sand bunkers, and water hazards. Emerald Greens is not only a fun and challenging layout, but is also a beautiful and up close view of the indigenous wildlife on the Mississippi River confluence. The course is a shot makers golf course with two distinctly different nines. The outward nine is cut through the thick woods of the Pipefitters complex. There are many sharp doglegs, and the drive is a premium on this side. The inward nine is more wide open, but has many water hazards to contend with. Emerald Greens is a position golf course that will force you to hit almost every club in your bag.
