Left Bank Books welcomes author David Collins, who will sign and discuss his new book, "Accidental Activists: Mark Phariss, Vic Holmes, and Their Fight for Marriage Equality in Texas," with "Post-Dispatch" reporter Doug Moore! This event is free and open to the public, but proof of purchase of "Accidental Activists" from Left Bank Books will be required to enter the signing line. "Accidental Activists" is the deeply moving story of Mark Phariss and Vic Holmes, a couple who, in 2013, challenged the Texas constitutional amendment prohibiting same-sex marriage.
