Crowds in Clayton React to Grand Jury Decision

Inside the Buzz Westfall Justice Center in downtown Clayton, St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch read the grand jury's decision that Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson would not face charges after his August 9 fatal shooting of Michael Brown. Outside, a small crowd of citizens reacted to the decision and chatted with media. Read our dispatch from McCulloch's press conference here.
