This fast-casual daytime eatery in Clayton puts an upscale twist on quick-serve breakfast and lunch food, but take time to sit and enjoy a leisurely meal of granola pancakes -- one of Whitebox Eatery's best dishes -- a cup of coffee, and maybe a treat from Vincent Van Doughnut (which uses Whitebox as its commissary).
