César Chávez Film Screening

Witness the struggle and determination of civil rights activist and labor organizer César Chávez during a free screening of the 2014 biopic "Cesar Chavez," rated PG-13, starring Michael Peña. Virginia Nesmith, former executive director of the National Farm Worker Ministry, will lead a discussion following the film. This program is provided in partnership with the Missouri Immigrant & Refugee Advocates (MIRA) and the Hispanic Arts Council, and will be the last day to see the exhibit, In His Own Words: The Life and Work of César Chávez at the St. Louis Public Library.
