Celebration of Indian Culture

Immerse yourself in Indian culture through music, dance and more at the Tappmeyer Homestead in Millennium Park, 12:00-4:00 p.m. on August 11! Listen to the sounds of Bollywood music while you browse a display of Indian clothing, including saris and lenhga cholis, as well as jewelry and scarves available for purchase starting at $15 by Hues India Boutique. Henna tattoos will be available for $10 per hand. From 1:00-2:00 p.m., dancers from the Sri Lalitha Natalya Dance School will perform Indian classical dances, followed by Bollywood dancing performed by the JDG School of Dance.
