Canstruction Charity Competition

When: Sat., Oct. 21, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Sun., Oct. 22, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon., Oct. 23, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tue., Oct. 24, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Wed., Oct. 25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Thu., Oct. 26, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. 2017

Canstruction®, a design/build charity competition, will feature eight teams from St. Louis area architectural and engineering firms who will design and build structures entirely out of cans. The structures will be built Sat., Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and they will be available for viewing free of charge from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Thurs., Oct. 26. Hastings+Chivetta Architects is hosting the event, and all canned goods used to create the structures will be donated to Operation Food Search.
