Jeremy Kannapell wears many hats. As a promoter he curates New Music Circle, an experimental concert series, as a musician he performs visceral noise, and as an artist he covers local walls in sprawling poster art. By penning strange figures next to xeroxed textures, he builds two-dimensional sculptures that contain depth. His art often doubles as promotional material for upcoming shows, and his careful lettering wraps around deep visual patterns, making for thought-provoking pieces. This underground poster artist doesn't do commissioned works, and he's quite picky on where he places his art. But if you see a well-dressed guy locked to a copy machine at an all-night print shop (we won't say which), you might ask: "Hey, are you Ghost Ice?"
