It's not hard to meet married men — nearly half of all households are still headed by husband and wife — but it is considered uncouth to pick up those men in their actual houses. Instead, swank it up at Cafe Eau in the Chase Park Plaza. The hitched, well-to-do dudes who frequent this place can be broken into two groups, the locals and the out-of-town businessmen. Make a play for the visiting team: Look for telltale holes in their shirts where their company name tags used to be. Once your target is acquired, work quickly, and keep those happy-hour drinks coming. During the week, from 4 to 7 p.m., domestic drafts and wells are cheap, but Thursdays and Fridays are best when classic martinis are $5. Suggest taking a dip in the Chase's heated, picturesque pool that's surrounded by palm trees — why, of course you happen to have your teeny bikini in your purse! Or nestle into the darkness of the movie theater a few steps away. Whether you engage in some harmless flirtation or henceforth refer to Cafe Eau as Cafe Oh No You Didn't, is entirely up to you. Either way, you've been an excellent ambassador of our city. The chamber of commerce will love you for it, even if wifey can't say the same.
