The creperie's namesake breakfast treats are simply bursting at the seams with everything from chorizo and housemade rojo sauce to peanut butter and Nutella — so overstuffed, these babies are more like breakfast burritos than dainty little French pancakes. The options for customization are seemingly infinite — if you can think of it, they can probably fold it into a crêpe. Those who lean more Brussels than Paris can feast on light and crisp Belgian waffles, topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. It's a good thing that line moves quickly.
