Something about the breakfast burrito from the Mud House on Cherokee changes you. Once you have it, every other breakfast burrito will seem subpar. Maybe it's the fluffy scrambled eggs, the oozing cheese, the marinated red onions, the black-bean chili. Or maybe it's the perfectly grilled tortilla wrapped around it. Whatever it is (our money's on that black-bean chili), the finished product stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's also available vegan, with bacon or ham, or with a side of salsa verde. Best yet, breakfast is served all day, so you don't even have to wake up early to indulge your cravings.
