Miles Long is truly a bartender's bartender. He could probably make you some hip, fruit-infused drink thing, but he likes you better than that. He's just as fine with handing you a budget-friendly bottle of Stag as he is making you a high-end bourbon cocktail on the spot that fits your mood. Your mood's important, all right: He wants you in the right frame of mind if you are going to sit down at his bar. He wants you fully ready to battle him in an impromptu game of chess. He wants you to grab his pen and finish the story in his journal that he had other patrons start writing throughout the day. But he mostly just wants you comfortable while you sip some suds and not stress about life. And he offers this same treatment to anyone, everyone, who walks in the door. Now that's a bartender.
