Who says books are dead? With all the hoopla over Jonathan Franzen's new novel, Freedom, one might think there were free iPads hidden inside the pages. Before it hit store shelves, Freedom went into its second printing, spurred a Twitter war and was even heralded as the novel of the century by The Guardian.
