Amazing Fireworks Misfire in San Diego

Because of a reported technical error, the Fourth of July fireworks in San Diego Bay last night were set off not just a few minutes early, but all at once. Just like that, 15 minutes worth of professional-grade fireworks detonated in about 30 seconds.



I don't know about you, but I think this is the way civic fireworks displays will go in the future. Everybody shows up for the grand finale anyway, so why not make the whole display nothing but grand finale and save us all 14 minutes?
