Mark Barnstead, 59, has been charged with five misdemeanor charges of invasion of privacy for allegedly videotaping a woman in her 20s while she was nude in her St. John home.

There are all sorts of weird wrinkles in this story, starting with the fact that Barnstead runs his roofing business (St. Louis Slate & Tile) out of this home, and that his purported victim shares that home with him.

According to the St. John police, the woman was filmed over a period of ten months. She first became aware of the situation when she discovered nude videos of herself on a computer at the home.

The relationship between the Barnstead and the woman was not specified.
