In this week's feature story, Familiar Ring, we mention that Marcos Maidana might be the most daunting opponent Devon Alexander has ever faced. This is mainly because of Maidana's incredible punching power, which he unleashes with fearless take-one-to-give-a-bigger-one fury. The Argentine's style tends to produce fireworks in the ring. As the feature story noted, Maidana has produced at least three fight-of-the-year candidates in the past two-and-a-half years alone.

To preview what the Fighting Pride of St. Louis will be up against this Saturday, here are clips of those three fights, as well as link to see them in their entirety:

June 27, 2009: Marcos Maidana TKO6 against Victor Ortiz (see full fight here)

December 11, 2010: Amir Khan unanimous decision over Marcos Maidana.

April 6, 2011: Marcos Maidana majority decision over Erik Morales (see full fight here).
