Well, he admitted it.

A former professor from California plead guilty yesterday in federal court in San Francisco to sexually abusing a Ballwin toddler.

Kenneth Kyle traveled to the St. Louis area several times in 2009 for the purpose of having sexual contact with the girl. Her mother, who you overwhelmingly voted Ass Clown of the Week when she was up for that dubious honor, is Tessa Van Vlerah. She's facing charges of molestation and child pornography.

The pair, who met online, photographed the abuse. Kyle had attracted the attention of authorities when he shared more than 100 images of child pornography on a peer-to-peer network.

Van Vlerah was accused in 2008 of seducing an autistic sixteen-year-old boy. The boy's mother obtained an order of protection against Van Vlerah for that incident.

Kyle's admission came as part of a deal with prosecutors. He's facing 30 years in prison.
