Robbie Goodson: St. Louis Homicide No. 25; Walked Into Police Headquarters with Gunshots


A man shot just north of the Edward Jones Dome early Saturday morning is dead, after surviving the initial shooting and arriving at police headquarters with bullet wounds to the chest and abdomen.

According to reports, 56-year-old Robbie Goodson was shot around 4 a.m. March 26 in the 1000 block of N. 7th Street (above). He was then able to drive his car about a dozen blocks south to the St. Louis police headquarters on Tucker and Clark. Goodson, of the 3200 block of Taft, walked into the station around 4:22 a.m. and was rushed to Saint Louis University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

An investigation is ongoing.
