Something similar happened several years ago in Cahokia where a local police officer had a tanning bed in his garage. He was 'storing' the bed for his father while his father's new home was being built. He decided that he would build a little room in the garage so he, his girlfriend and their friends could make use of the bed. I was a friend of the girlfriend and was thrilled that we could get free tanning - until a female officer on the force noticed a camera in the wall while she was getting her free tan on. I was interviewed by the state police but never really found out if any punishment was doled out. The state police confirmed that I had been taped on several occasions. I was never asked to press charges. Why are people so messed up?
