It's not exactly a heatwave, but the ever-so-slight increase in temperatures this weekend should have everyone throwing off their anoraks and dancing in the street. In between, head to the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, which boasts not one but four show openings, including Elizabeth Peyton's Ghost. Find all the details below.

Jamie Adams: Paris Dream'n: In Jamie Adams ' new series Paris Dream'n, Jean Seberg appears in her Paris apartment, nude and at the height of her beauty. The artist is always by her side, metaphorically and sometimes figuratively, cast as an androgynous man-child. Opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 28. Tuesdays-Saturdays. Continues through Feb. 25, free. Philip Slein Gallery, 1319 Washington Ave., St. Louis, 314-621-4634, www.philipsleingallery.com.

Ghost: Elizabeth Peyton: Ghost draws on Peyton's work in the printmaking field, from aquatints to etchings and monotypes, straddling the boundary of high art and pop art. Opening reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, January 28. Mondays, Wednesdays-Sundays. Continues through April 18, free. Washington University-Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, 1 Brookings Dr. (Steinberg Hall), University City, 314-935-4523, http://kemperartmuseum.wustl.edu.

Dada and Surrealism: Rethinking Reason: More than a dozen selections of Dada and Surrealist art from the museum's collection are on display in the Teaching Gallery.
