An update to the story we first brought you Tuesday
Twenty-one-year-old Isaiah Ross
of East St. Louis was charged yesterday
with armed robbery, aggravated batter and aggravated discharge of a firearm after a rampage October 12.
The craziness began before dawn Wednesday in the 800 block of 38th Street. That's when the bare-chested Ross opened fire on his neighbor's home with and AK-47 (striking the 53-year-old female homeowner in the hip and leg), crashed his car into another vehicle and fired 13 rounds in the direction of the other driver, lost his gun in a wrestling match with a garbage man and later flipped his PT Cruiser in the woods while fleeing police.
