Police Looking for Suspect Who Savagely Beat Couple in Well-Off South County Neighborhood

St. Louis County Police are having a news conference this afternoon to discuss the brutal attack that occurred last week in a well-to-do neighborhood in south county.

The incident happened sometime between Thursday evening and Friday afternoon in the home pictured above in the 5400 block of Medalton Way.

County Police were notified of the beating Friday afternoon around 3:30 after the female homeowner regained consciousness and went to a neighbor for help.

She and her boyfriend were transported to a hospital where they remain listed in critical condition. Police are now looking for one of the victim's vehicle that was stolen following the beating. The car is a gray 2004 Toyota Rav 4, license plates UB3Y6J.

The police report that they're working "around the clock" on the investigation and ask anyone with information to call the St. Louis County Police at 889-2341 or Crimestopppers at 866-371-TIPS.
