The St. Louis Regional Clean Air Partnership is hosting its seventh annual festival tomorrow at Kiener Plaza.

The event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. includes live music, giveaways and information booths from entities such as Trailnet, the EPA, the Lung Association and many more.

Best part? Free Ted Drewes' frozen custard.
