Jason LaRue and His Amazing Mullet Will Stay in St. Louis

St. Louis Cardinals back-up catcher Jason LaRue has signed a one-year deal with the team, which means the winner of St. Louis' Best Mustache in 2008 and the owner of a mullet any K-SHE listener would be proud to sport will be back in St. Louis in 2010.

Reports Matthew Leach of MLB.com:

LaRue, who will turn 36 during Spring Training, appeared in 51 games for the Cardinals in 2009. He batted .240 with a .288 on-base percentage, a .327 slugging percentage, two home runs and six RBIs. LaRue threw out five of 15 would-be base stealers.
