uses the more PC term "crime rank" to compare cities.
Based on FBI data from 2008, Camden, New Jersey, now enjoys the highest rate of violent crime with 2,332.6 violent crimes per 100,000 population.
St. Louis is now ranked No. 2 (up from our fourth place ranking last year
The survey ranks cities based on the number of murders, rapes, robberies, aggravated assaults, burglaries, and motor vehicle thefts
