They are being awakened at midnight, or very early in the morning to the sound of trash trucks barreling through their alley.Triplett's "Stop the Racket Legislation" a.k.a. Board Bill 220 would bar trash trucks from picking up waste from businesses located within 200 feet of a residential building between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
