"6 IS A SERIOUS NUMBER" VIDEO CONTEST ENTRIES ADDING UPTwenty-one live performance entries added from September 11th and 12th events; contest open through September 30 for home-made entries

A total of twenty-five eager participants have submitted their best version of the
On the Run "6 is a Serious Number" commercial. These videos are available now for viewing on the On the Run YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/ontherunstl. Although the deadline for the contest is approaching quickly - September 30. New contestants can still participate in the create-your-own video category by uploading their own recorded video for their chance to win the grand prize.
In the contest, participants are encouraged to compose and sing their own lyrics in a way that does justice to the two faux hip-hop Cardinals fans popularized in the TV and radio On the Run commercials advertising 25-cent drink specials when the Cards score six or more runs.
Contestants could participate in one of two categories: live performance category, which is now closed, and the user-submitted category. In the user-submitted category contestants can participate by independently entering a recorded video using a downloadable soundtrack available on the On the Run website.
Eligible entries will be judged based on the following criteria: 1/3 creativity; 1/3 performance; and 1/3 lyrical execution. Live entries are posted on the On the Run YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/ontherunstl. Create-your-own entries are posted at www.youtube.com/6serious.
The grand prize winners - one from both categories - will each receive four tickets to the Cardinals' home games on either Oct. 2nd or 3rd, plus free On the Run
fountain drinks for a year. Also, winners' videos will be shown on the Jumbotron at the Oct. 2-3 games. Finalists from the combined categories will win free fountain drinks for a month.
