The St. Louis Police today announced today that they have filed murder charges in the August 18 killing of 45-year-old Samuel Keith Ivory.

Ivory was outside in the 2600 block of Rauschenbach Avenue where he lived when a gunman fired several shots into his body.

Police now say the murderer was 31-year-old  Antonio M. Nolan, a neighbor who lived on the same block as Ivory in north St. Louis.

Police believe the shooting was instigated from an argument between Ivory and Nolan's families.
