Can You Believe the World Naked Bike Ride is Just a Month Away?

Wednesday marks the one-month countdown until the second, St. Louis version of the World Naked Bike Ride -- scheduled for August 15.

Cities around the country have been having their own version of the bike ride -- a "nude, not lewd" protest against most everyone's dependence that viscous black stuff, kindly referred to as "Black Gold, Texas Tea" a few generations ago.

Now it's all about getting nekkid on yer two-wheeler and pedaling around town. Wahoo!

Our sister paper in Denver, the Westword, covered that city's WNBR over the weekend.

Your obligatory, Not-Safe-For-Work photo is after the jumpy.
