On Friday police arrested two St. Clair County teenagers and charged them with Allen's murder: DeShawn L. Bell
, 18, of 502 S. 50th St. in Centreville, and Travon D.
, 18, of Laura Lee Drive.
Authorities say the shooting
may have stemmed from a "disagreement over a female." Bell and Watson are being held in the St. Clair County Jail on $1 million bail.
