Georgia Offers Coaching Position to Mizzou's Mike Anderson

So, the Memphis offer has yet to arrive -- at least not publicly. But now Mike Anderson has at least one leverage tool when he meets with Mizzou officials this week to renegotiate his contract.

Today ESPN reports that University of Georgia has offered Anderson $2 million per year to take over its basketball program. The sports network also reports that this week Mizzou athletic director Mike Alden is expected to offer Anderson a five-year contract extension paying $1.3 million annually
