Wrestling at ... Scottrade?

This just in...WWE is bringing its Monday Night Raw to the Scottrade Center on February 2. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.

"Wrestling at Scottrade" just doesn't have the same ring to it as the old Wrestling at the Chase television series that aired from 1959 to 1983 on KPLR Channel 11. But, hey, the upcoming WWE event will have at least one tie to that bygone era.

Included on the card for the February 2 show is St. Louis' very own Randy Orton (Hazelwood Central c/o 1998). Orton's father was the legendary grappler "Cowboy" Bob Orton who could be seen flying beneath the chandeliers in several matches at the Chase Park Plaza in the early 1980s.
