Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne performed at Pop's last night to a pacPop'sked house of hip-hop heads, wicked clowns and juggalos. Though the artist is not officially a part of Psychopathic records (Tech N9ne releases records through his own label, Strange Music), the rapid-fire rapper gets a lot of love from that camp, having performed repeatedly at the Gathering of the Juggalos.
