East St. Louis rapper Fresco Kane has been working in this city for a long time (you may know him as Gena). In September, we wrote about his recently finalized deal with Jermaine Dupri's So So Def records. They both made an appearance recently on BET's 106 & Park to make the introduction to the rest of the world; watch below.
