The Best Of St. Louis issue has now made its way into thousands of homes and/or bird cages throughout the St. Louis region. We hope it was as good for you as it was for us. But before we get started on research for the 2013 issue (you think I'm kidding...), we've still got the party to consider: It's Thursday, November 8 at Plush. We'll have the whole building, including the sweet private space on the fourth floor that I have actually never seen since the place opened. And there will be music. Specifically, Middle Class Fashion, DJ Sir Thurl, Dance Floor Riot, Capone and the Steve Ewing Duo, all of which have won Best of St. Louis or RFT Music Awards in one way or another.
There will be pop perfection, there will be dancing, there will be an excessive amount of eye black, there will be high kicks. Not necessarily in that order. There will also be free food, three free drinks and a costume contest.
Tickets are $20, but we really like you, readers of RFT Music. Enter the promo code "RFTMUSIC" and they'll be $10 instead. (There's a $3.25 service charge through Ticketfly. For some reason the service charge is $4 if you buy the tickets at regular price. No idea).
See you there? It's going to be a good party. It might even be the BES...never mind.
