Another free outdoor summer music series starts tomorrow: Grand Center's Thursdays at the Intersection is now in its third year. Held each week in Strauss Park, the concerts feature local musicians selected by KDHX (88.1 FM). Up first is Hip Grease.
This year's series will go until October 4 -- sixteen weeks in all. Each show will go from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There is limited seating, but attendees are encouraged to bring picnics and blankets and the like. Five of the first six bands have been announced; the schedule is below.
