St. Vincent's Strange Mercy came out today (though it has been streaming for a while now, through NPR's First Listen and other outlets). To celebrate, we're giving away a pair of tickets to her October 6th show at Old Rock House. Go to our Facebook page for details.

St. Vincent is the performing moniker of Annie Clark, who played with the Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens before setting out on her own weird, startling and constantly ass-kicking solo career. Strange Mercy is her third album with the project, and it is every bit as good as its two predecessors. Watch the video for catchy-as-shit lead single "Cruel" below.
