Death Cab For Cutie Is Coming To The Pageant [Update: Sold Out]

Death Cab For Cutie is coming to the Pageant on October 2nd. And, as of today, the show is sold out. Tickets went on sale August 5th, so it took a little more than two weeks.

Death Cab needs little introduction -- Ben Gibbard's bone-deep delivery has helped ensure the Washington band a fan base it will never lose and a generation of imitators, some much better than others. Death Cab's most recent couple St. Louis shows were at the Fabulous Fox. Fleet Foxes opened for the band in 2008; this year they're on separate headlining tours that both make stops at the Pageant.

Death Cab is touring in support of its 2011 album, Codes and Keys, which continues a trend of sonic experimentation for the band. Check out the one-take video for single "You Are A Tourist" below.
